Refunds & Returns

We want you to have a great experience with your order and weโ€™ll always do our best to put things right if thereโ€™s an issue.

All items are made to order specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photo evidence of the issue.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as return addresses may vary depending on the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Ordering the wrong item

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
